Public Comments Learners may achieve pre-requisites for College programs.

Primarily for adults 19 and over, but exceptions are possible.
Description (Service)
  • Provides literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence
Hours Mon-Tue 9 am-3 pm * Wed-Thu 9 am-2 pm * Fri 9 am-12 noon
Areas Served Kirkland Lake ; and North Temiskaming District
Eligibility
  • Ontario residents 19 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum 
  • Must have facility in English
