  • Offers self-help support groups and educational programs for both survivors and their families 
  • Facilitates various social and recreational events to enhance mental health and encourage networking among peers

Application
  • Requires a brief interview and signed oath of confidentiality 
  • Clients do not have to be accessing other mental health services through CMHA to participate
