Description (Service) Responsible for developing and implementing an effective communications program and policy between programs, services, departments and community members
 
Primary goals of the program include: 
  • Ensuring Fort William First Nation is the primary source of information to community members 
  • Develop a communicating schedule 
  • Improve on financial reporting to community 
  • Make community information more accessible to members 
  • Work towards utilizing more social media networks such as Facebook and Twitter 
  • Provide an opportunity for youth studying communications to work in the field 
  • Provide a better avenue for communication between administration and members
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pm
