Description (Service) Provides counselling, consultation, and wellness programs for employers and employees to help resolve personal and work-related problems
 
Assists with a broad range of concerns, including: 
  • Balancing work and family, and more 
  • Childcare/parenting 
  • Conflicts with co-workers 
  • Harassment 
  • Personal and/or job stress 
  • Relationship issues 
  • Separation issues 
  • Substance abuse
Hours Mon, Thu, Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Tue, Wed 8:30 am-8 pm

Eligibility Individuals, families, and organizations seeking assistance with personal and/or work related problems
Application
  • Employers can submit a proposal through the website requesting specific services 
  • Individuals can book an appointment using the online form
Languages English ; Interpretive Services - available upon request ; Interpretive Services are available for French, American Sign Language (ASL) and other languages
Fees Service - organizations can request a proposal to determine the cost ; None - employee benefit packages
