Description (Service) Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Biinjitiwaabik Zaaging Anishinaabek members 
  • Provides a Canada Post postal station independently by a Band member 
  • Serviced by air through Nipigon Municipal Airport located 56 km from community 
  • Hosts an annual Pow Wow, children's Christmas and Halloween parties, an annual Fall/Spring Hunt and other events for community residents 
  • Offers a Hardy Gas Bar/Convenience Store and Beamish Variety Store 
  • Provides a Recreation/Community Centre equipped with full kitchen facilities and shower/washroom facilities 
  • Maintains an indoor rink facility including a zamboni
