Appointments can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. 
 
Individuals are encouraged to bring their yellow immunization card for updating.
Description (Service) Immunization and Vaccine Clinic
 
Provides various immunizations and vaccines, including: 
  • Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Acellular Pertussis 
  • Gardasil (HPV vaccine) 
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) 
  • Rabies 
  • Seasonal flu shot
Hours Wed 1 pm-6 pm

Eligibility
  • Individuals requiring immunizations 
  • School-aged children who require vaccines under the Immunization of School Pupils Act for school attendance 
  • Individuals under the age of 16 must have either signed or verbal parental consent
