Eligibility Individuals who have claims for any amount
Application
  • Pick up forms and an explanatory booklet 
  • Forms also available on the website 
  • Individuals are responsible for filling out forms with guided self-help packages
 
Please Note: Claims for $25,000 or less may be simpler and less expensive if you file through Small Claims Court
