  • Provides resources for stroke survivors and their caregivers  
  • Develops, implements and evaluates initiatives across the stroke care continuum including hospital care, home and community based care and stroke prevention services and programs 
  • Hosts various community events, such as Walk with Doc 
  • Developed the Aboriginal Educational Stroke Strategy to raise awareness about stroke and provide education to First Nations communities
