NOTE: This program does NOT provide direct client/patient services
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Kenora District ; Rainy River District ; Thunder Bay District
Eligibility Program can only be accessed by: 
  • Home care agencies 
  • Long-term care homes 
  • Community support service providers 
  • Primary care service providers
