Robinson Superior Treaty
Description (Service) Administers an intensive outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program 
  • Focus is on providing services that are culturally adapted to First Nations people 
  • Provides individual motivational interviewing to determine the factors that contribute to alcohol and drug abuse 
  • Addresses these factors to help individual in making health related changes to successfully heal 
  • Includes Twelve-Step recovery activities and traditional spirituality to improve treatment outcome  
  • Offers individual and group counselling sessions 
  • Encourages family participation 
  • Provides continuing care groups to enhance long-term recovery
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm

Eligibility
  • Members of Pic Mobert First Nation struggling with alcohol/drug abuse/solvent addiction 
  • Individuals already on methadone but in need of further treatment
Application
  • Open to self-referrals or from other agencies 
  • Length of program varies based upon individual needs
