  • Offers a 6-week workshop to help individuals with chronic or long-term health conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, stroke, cancer, colitis, lung disease, fibromyalgia, Parkinson's, and heart disease 
  • Workshops are offered in-person as well as by videoconferencing
Workshop topics include: 
  • Pain and fatigue management 
  • Developing action plans and problem solving skills 
  • Exercise and nutrition 
  • Managing Medications 
  • Making treatment decisions
