  • Informs community leadership of current and evolving Indian status changes and issues, including documents required for US border crossing
 
Provides forms and information links to websites for: 
  • Birth certificates and related documents 
  • Death certificates 
  • Indian registration 
  • Marriage licenses and certificates 
  • Secure Certificate of Indian Status 
  • Status card renewals
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Aroland First Nation ; Eabametoong First Nation ; Marten Falls First Nation ; Neskantaga First Nation ; Nibinamik First Nation ; Webequie First Nation
Eligibility Must belong to one of the member First Nations within Matawa Territory
Application Services are accessed at a local level, contact Band Office
