Description (Service) Oversees health care services delivered within the home to elderly, ill or injured members of the community 
  • Facilitates program management supervision, case management and nursing services  
  • Facilitates community-based services such as personal support workers, homemakers and meals on wheels
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Aroland First Nation ; Constance Lake First Nation ; Eabametoong First Nation ; Ginoogaming First Nation ; Long Lake 58 First Nation ; Marten Falls First Nation ; Neskantaga First Nation ; Nibinamik First Nation ; Webequie First Nation
Eligibility Must belong to one of the member First Nations within Matawa Territory and require assistance at home due to illness, injury or age
Application Services are accessed at a local level, contact Band Office
Languages English ; Interpretive Services - Oji-Cree, Ojibway; available upon request
