Description (Service) Provides assistance with ODSP employment supports applications, the application process and pre-employment needs, such as: 
  • resume, cover letter, interview skills 
  • job search 
  • job application assistance 
  • adaptive software and mobility devices 
  • transportation assistance 
  • special clothing 
  • other items that may be needed for work
Through this program, the individual may also be eligible for: 
  • a Work- Related Benefit to assist with costs such as transportation to work or work clothing 
  • the Employment Transition Benefit 
  • help with Child Care Costs 
  • Disability-Related Work Expenses 
  • Employment and Training Start Up Benefit
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
Areas Served Thunder Bay
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
  • Must be a resident of Ontario 
  • Must have a disability that is expected to last one year or more 
  • Do NOT have to be in receipt of ODSP Income Supports to qualify for this program
