Description (Service) Functions as a single point of access to a range of health, mental health and education programs and services
 
Provides a case manager who is responsible for the coordination of programs and services 
  • Coordinates psychological, educational, occupational therapy (OT) and physical therapy (PT) evaluation 
  • Provides drug and alcohol assessments 
  • Offers appropriate referrals based on assessments and evaluations 
  • Offers counselling (individual, family, group) 
  • Provides psychiatric referrals
 
Counsels on the following: 
  • Abuse related issues 
  • Addiction issues 
  • Anger 
  • Anxiety 
  • Attention deficit disorder (ADD) 
  • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) 
  • Behavioural issues 
  • Bullying 
  • Depression 
  • Grief and loss 
  • Self harm
 
Note: Home-based and school-based interventions are available
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
