Description (Service)
  • Provides a monthly bag of healthy groceries for participants 
  • Provides items that reflect seasonal food and market price 
  • Works by individual or family paying fee ahead and collecting bag of groceries at a later date
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility
  • Members of Biigtigong Nishnaabeg (formerly known as Ojibways of the Pic River First Nation) 
  • No limit for amount of bags per household
Application
  • Fee of $10 must be paid at Health Centre approx 2 weeks prior to pick-up date 
  • Pick-up date is advertised in community newsletter or call Health Centre
