Description (Service) Healthy Sexuality 
  • Focuses on sexual health education and promotion that addresses both the mental and physical aspects of an individual's sexual health
 
Infant and Preschool Health  
  • Screens a child's motor, speech and language skills as well as social development  
  • Provides referrals for further follow-up if necessary
 
Prenatal and Maternal Health 
  • Helps parents stay healthy before and during a pregnancy 
  • Teaches ways to best take care of mother and child

  • Follow up care 
  • Home visits  
  • Nursing assessment 
  • Prenatal classes 
  • Prenatal vitamins
 
School and Community Health 
  • Facilitates outreach activities and public education sessions 
  • Provides tools and resources needed to improve the overall health and well-being of community members
