Public Comments The Thunder Bay Multicultural Association provides an online Volunteer Registration form for people interested in helping with the settlement of refugees in Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario. For those wishing to donate items or professional services, the TBMA is creating an inventory of donations offered (for pick-up at a later date due to capacity limitations) and donations can be registered online through the Donation Registration Form. Those wishing to make a monetary donation should contact the TBMA office at 807-345-0551 for details.

  • Provides information and referral for newcomers to Canada 
  • Offers assistance filling out government forms 
  • Offers Commissioner of Oaths for original documents 
  • Provides supportive counselling and problem solving 
  • Provides settlement and orientation for immigrants and refugees
