Description (Service) Addresses youth crime by providing the following services: 
  • An alternative to custody 
  • Intensive clinical support and community supervision 
  • Focus on treatment
Hours Mon-Wed, Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Thu 8:30 am-6:30 pm
Areas Served Manitoulin District ; Sudbury District
Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) - 18 year(s) 
 
Children and youth who are exhibiting severe mental health problems and have repeatedly broken the law
Application
  • Potential referrals are first identified by a Youth Probation Officer for the purpose of pre-screening and a suitability assessment 
  • A judge will determine whether or not the program will be included in a youth's sentence as an alternative to custody
