Description (Service)
  • Provides programs and services to children and young people with long term disabilities 
  • Maximizes potential and independence in the areas of physical, perceptual, communication and/or developmental challenges 
  • Provides occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech language pathology assessment and treatment services 
  • Focuses on enhancing child and family psycho-social functioning by utilizing various supports and services in relation to specific needs 
  • Offers children and parent support groups

  • Clinics 
  • Early Learning Resources 
  • Respite Care
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm
Areas Served Elliot Lake ; Huron Shores ; Spanish ; The North Shore
Eligibility Ages: 19 year(s) and under 
 
Children with multiple disabilities including physical, communication and developmental disabilities such as cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, Down syndrome, cleft lip and palate and autism spectrum disorders
