Description (Service) Anger Management 
  • Teaches how to live without violence and how to express anger in an appropriate manner 
  • Offers separate group sessions for men and women
 
Counselling 
  • Works with individuals, couples and families on a large number of different problems and issues
 
Address the following issues (not limited to): 
  • Anxiety 
  • Depression 
  • Family problems 
  • Grief and loss 
  • Life crisis 
  • Marital issues 
  • Self esteem
 
Critical Incident Stress Management 
  • Aims to minimize the impact of stress following a traumatic event
 
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 
  • Assists employees of various organizations and businesses in the community and surrounding areasM
 
Family Violence Healing 
  • Offers counselling to women healing from abusive relationships
 
Sexual Assault Survivor 
  • Offers individual counselling to individuals healing from sexual abuse
 
Member agency of Support Services Network for Male Survivors in Ontario (North Region)
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Cochrane District ; Timiskaming District
Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) and up 
 
Will work with children under 12 years of age in a family setting
Application Contact office to complete intake assessment

Fees Service - Individual Counselling ; Several programs for which service is available on a limited basis and for little or no cost
