  • Enhances the quality of life for children and youth through community-based social, recreational, educational, health, and counselling services 
  • Promotes self-determination and a sense of belonging and appreciation 
  • Provides opportunity for volunteer and seasonal employment
  • Recreational: soccer, baseball, floor hockey, gym games, climbing programs, snowboarding, and skiing 
  • Educational: study skills program, world of science, cooking class, arts and crafts, computers 
  • Safe Arrival Programs from seven local schools 
  • Camping, swimming, outings in the summer, dance and fitness classes 
  • Breakfast Club at various schools 
  • Satellite Outreach at various schools  
  • Homework Help
Community Access Program 
  • Provides individuals with public access to the internet and the skills they need to use it effectively  
  • Plays a crucial role in bridging the digital divide  
  • Contributes to the foundation for electronic access to government services

Hours Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm 
School Year, Sep 11-Jun 26: Mon-Fri (All ages) 2:45 pm-5:30 pm, Mon-Thu 6:30 pm-9 pm (Grades 1-12: Grades 1-2 leave at 8 pm - no JK or SK students) * Fri 2:45 pm-8 pm (All ages) 
PA Days: 7:45 am-12 noon (Registered Program) * 12 noon-5 pm (Drop-in Program and Outing) 
Summer Programs: 7:45 am-5 pm
