- The Points North Family Health Team includes: a Family Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Registered Social Service Workers, Phlebotomist and Administration
- Family Health Team is an approach to primary health care that brings together different health care providers to coordinate the highest possible quality of care for the patient
- The vision calls for physicians, nurse practitioners and other members of the team to practice together in a positive working environment, sharing and benefiting from the complementary knowledge and skills of their colleagues
