Description (Service) Aims to enhance all aspects of individual's lives including physical, social and emotional development
 
 
Meets with youth in the community and provides the following: 
  • Individual Counselling 
  • Mediates between parents/guardians and teens 
  • Accompanies youths to court 
  • Teaches life skills 
  • Connects with other community resources and educational system 
  • Assists in locating suitable accommodations and housing 
  • Assists with locating employment opportunities 
  • Offers follow-up
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm, Sep-Jun 
Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Jul-Aug 
Intake and Assessment Mon-Sun 24 hours

Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) - 24 year(s) 
 
  • Have a lifestyle of survival (prostitution, shoplifting/theft, vandalism, substance abuse/use), and/or 
  • Struggling to live independently and make positive choices, and/or 
  • Are homelessness, and/or couch surfers, and/or 
  • Pregnant teens, and/or 
  • Experiencing problems in the family home
