Description (Service) Provides specialized service for physiotherapy assessment and treatment in the following areas:  
  • Motor vehicle accidents  
  • Long term disability  
  • Functional testing  
  • Employee work preparation program 
  • WSIB treatments
Hours Mon-Thu 8 am-5 pm; Fri 8 am-4:30 pm 
Hours subject to change in the summer months

  • A doctor's referral is not required, however, it may be required by an individual's extended health care plan, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, or an auto insurance company 
  • An initial assessment with a physiotherapist is required
