Description (Service) Offers a number of clinics and services
 
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) 
Provides care for clients with MS as well as the opportunity for patients to take part in research projects 

 
Neurology 
Provides an opportunity for patients to be seen by a doctor that specializes in movement disorders
 
Rheumatology 
  • Provides an opportunity for patients to be seen by a rheumatologist
 
Wound, Ostomy and Continence 
Provides focused assessment, treatment, management, education and rehabilitation to clients with a chronic wound or stasis ulcer, an ostomy or with simple urinary incontinence
 

 
Dermatology 
  • Provides dermatology services approximately 4 times per year
 
COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) 
  • Provides a respirologist-led COPD Education Clinic to help patients cope with the challenges of living with this disease
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm
Areas Served Kenora District ; Rainy River District ; Thunder Bay District
Eligibility Varies by program
Application Referral from a physician is required for:
  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Clinic
  • Neurology Clinic
  • Rheumatology Clinic
  • Wound and Ostomy and Continence Clinic
  • Dermatology Clinic
  • COPD Clinic (must have a confirmed diagnosis of COPD with a spirometry/PFT)
