Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides assessments, counselling, consultations and in-service training for individuals with a developmental disability, their families and agencies that support them
 
Offers the following specialty programs including:  
  • Cognitive and behavioural assessments 
  • Counselling 
  • Dual Diagnosis 
  • Seating assessment 
  • Wheelchair prescriptions 
  • Social and adaptive skill training 
  • Human sexuality
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served Thunder Bay ; Thunder Bay District
Eligibility Ages: 6 year(s) and up 
 
City and District: Adults 18 years of age and over with a developmental disability
 
City: Children 6-18 years of age with a developmental disability and severe behavioural challenges
Application
  • Children's referrals must be made through the Access Network Thunder Bay (1-855-486-5037) 
  • Adult referrals must be made through Developmental Services Ontario at Lutheran Community Care Centre (1-855-376-6673)
