Description (Service)
  • Provides education and information on mental health, mental illness, and recovery 
  • Assists community members in developing skills and techniques to enhance the mental health of others or themselves 
  • Holds various training sessions and workshops throughout the year
 
Training sessions and workshops include: 
  • Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) 
  • Introduction to the Recovery Approach to Mental Illness 
  • Pathways to Resilience: Restoring the Elements of a Joyful Life 
  • Famiy Recovery Education Program
     
  • Mental Health Awareness Week and Mental Illness Awareness Week events
Hours Program hours vary: 8:30 am-4:30 pm
