  • Manages 181 market value and rent geared to income apartment units for individuals who are capable of living independently with or without support
 
Provides the following support services: 
  • Assistance of a Case Manager 
  • Emergency response 
  • Housecleaning and Laundry Services 
  • Life enrichment 
  • Meals 
  • Personal care 
  • Medication reminders 
  • One-to-one support
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility Ages: 60 year(s) and up 
 
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant 
  • Must be a resident of Ontario for at least a year 
  • Individuals under 60 years of age must have disabilities

Rent geared to income 
  • Units are managed by the District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (DSSAB)
