Description (Agency) Provides a variety of rehabilitation services, mental health and addiction services, and long-term care services
Agency Services
Description (Service) Provides a broad range of health programs and services in the following areas: 
  • Addictions and Mental Health 
  • Rehabilitative Care 
  • Seniors’ Health including long-term care services
 
Programs and services are offered through eight sites in Thunder Bay and include: 
  • Two long-term care homes 
  • Two supportive housing buildings 
  • Complex/rehabilitative care and hospice inpatient beds 
  • Inpatient mental health rehabilitation beds 
  • Crisis and stabilization beds for withdrawal management
Hours Administration Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm
