  • Provides short term accommodation and support services to out of town Aboriginal individuals accessing health care services in Thunder Bay 
  • Provides meals, translation, transportation and referral services

Eligibility Out of town Aboriginal individuals needing city accommodations in order to access health care services
Application Accepts authorized referrals from home communities by Medical Services or Community Health Representatives, which are subsequently approved by First Nations and Inuit Health Branch, Health Canada who then notifies Wequedong of approval
