Description (Service)
  • Serves children, youth and young adults with physical disabilities
  • Provides financial assistance for mobility and communication equipment, summer camp opportunities and recreational choices; advocacy, as well as public and consumer education
Financial Assistance
  • Provides funding for mobility and communication equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, porch ramps, bath and toileting aids, communication devices and more
  • Administers the Incontinence Supplies Grant Program and the Prism Medical Sling Programs
Summer Camp and Recreational Choices
  • Owns and operates two fully accessible summer camp properties - Camp Merrywood and Camp Woodeden
  • Offers alternative recreational choices for children, youth and young adults with physical disabilities and their families
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
