Description (Service)
  • Involves youth in appropriate community activities and encourages more traditional healthy lifestyle choices 
  • Refers youth to appropriate agencies, community supports and/or treatment 
  • Provides clinical counselling 
  • Educates youth about the criminal justice system 
  • Coordinates appropriate workshops
 
Workshops address various topics such as:  
  • Addictions and substance abuse 
  • Anger Management 
  • Bullying 
  • Creative Life Skills 
  • Family Violence 
  • Life skills 
  • Self-esteem
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm
Areas Served Eabametoong First Nation ; Fort Hope ; Long Lake 58 First Nation ; North Caribou First Nation - (Weagamow First Nation) ; Webequie First Nation ; Fort Hope
Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) and up
