Description (Service)
  • Provides limited funding towards educational activities that support and encourage Aboriginal youth to pursue and complete their education goals 
  • Provides funding towards computers for special needs students, post-secondary needs such as living allowance and tuition in USA if Athletic/Academic Scholarship achieved, tutoring for documented special needs students and facility rental such as a lab
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility Focuses on Aboriginal youth 
  • Individual students (Elementary, Secondary and Post- Secondary levels) from low income families or special needs students 
  • Individual students for Very Unique Courses and/or under Very Unique Circumstances 
  • Student Exchanges 
  • Attendance at established educational institutions (Canada and International) 
  • Organized school events and trips
Application
  • The application must be filled out and printed in a PDF format from the website 
  • Applications must be submitted a minimum of one month prior to your event or commencement of your project 
  • Must be submitted in person, by mail or courier by 2pm on the deadline date which is posted on the website 
  • Notification of approval or denial will be provided 4 to 6 weeks after receipt in office 
  • A commitment of a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer community service is required as part of the application
