  • Provides referral services to government staff who can provide specialized help 
  • Provides information and assistance in-person as well as online and over the phone
 
Administers the following programs: 
  • Apprenticeship Incentive Grants 
  • Old Age Security and Canada Pension Plan 
  • Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefits 
  • Canada Pension Plan Survivor's Benefits 
  • Employer Contact Centre 
  • Employment Insurance 
  • Social Insurance Number 
  • Wage Earner Protection Program
