Agency Services	Arthritis Rehabilitation and Education Program
Description (Service)	Provides education, programs and support to people living with arthritis Offers a community-based rehabilitation program with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and social workers available, offering both individual consultation and group education sessions Topics may include: dealing with pain arthritis medications exercises to reduce stiffness, increase strength and improve fitness new ways to be active and minimize stress on joints coping with the emotional impact of arthritis self-management strategies Online self-management courses - E-learning programs, including "Mental Health and Well Being" and "Overcoming Fatigue" Project Thrive - annual event for families living with childhood arthritis to come together, learn and have fun Camp Cambria - annual summer camp for children with Arthritis
