Description (Service) Strives to empower Aboriginal women, youth and families to end the cycle of family violence by providing support services, and enhancing their skills and knowledge in areas of wellness 
  • Provides workshops and gatherings to raise awareness of violence and hosts many guest speakers on topics related to women's issues 
  • Provides resource material on issues such as wellness, healthy parenting, understanding the needs of children, and prevention of family violence 
  • Supplies a computer lab with latest software programs and Internet for individuals to update resumes, perform job searches etc
 
Provides the following programs and services: 
  • Building Aboriginal Women's Leadership Project 
  • Community Wellness 
  • Domestic Violence Training 
  • Employment Skills Training Program
