Description (Agency) Operates a 19 bed emergency shelter for women, youth, and families experiencing homelessness
Description (Service)
  • Operates a homeless shelter 
  • Provides 12 beds for youth, seven beds for women, and two units for families regardless of gender identity and/or sexual orientation, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless 
  • Provides emergency, short term housing
 
Additional services: 
  • Provides referrals and assistance to other community agencies 
  • Offers training in basic living skills (cooking, cleaning) 
  • Mediates a safe return to the care of family where possible 
  • Provides assistance towards independent living and youth returning to school
Hours Service Mon-Sun 24 hours

  • Must be eligible for Ontario Works (OW)
