  • Assists community partners with program development  
  • Coordinates workshops, educational sessions and health fairs

Organizes and provides activities including: 
  • Diabetes presentations and prevention 
  • Foot care information sessions and luncheons 
  • Golf tournaments 
  • Smoking cessation programs 
  • Sports nights for different age groups 
  • Trips for various groups to attend events in other communities 
  • Walking clubs 
  • Weight loss groups
