  • Individual expresses written or emailed interest in becoming a member  
  • Rotary matches individual with a local club  
  • Local club member contacts individual by email or phone to attend a club meeting, a social event, or to join in on a service project as a volunteer  
  • If determined that individual and local club are a good fit, individual is invited by local club to join
