Description (Service)
  • Offers confidential supportive counselling to individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS 
  • Offers support services related to safe sex practices, disclosure, case management, treatment and health information, practical assistance, coming out issues, gender identity and healthy sexual relationships  
  • Provides assistance with issues concerning advocacy, housing and legal matters 
  • Facilitates educational presentations, workshops, information sessions and conferences on HIV/AIDS and other health related issues  
  • Provides information on safer sex, harm reduction, youth issues, anti-homophobia and heterosexism, agency promotion to schools, community agencies, individuals, workplace environment and the general public 
  • Offers financial assistance for people facing hardships associated with HIV and AIDS  
  • Assists with nutritional requirements and access to medical appointments
Offers the following programs: 
  • Healthy Sexuality and Healthy Choices 
  • Support Services for People Living With HIV/AIDS and family members 
  • Ontario TELEMEDICINE Services
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm

Eligibility Any individual infected, affected or at risk of/by HIV/AIDS and related health issues
