Description (Agency) Operates a family resource centre
Description (Service) Operates a preschool learning centre that is licensed under the Day Nurseries Act 
    Provides early prevention and intervention programs and services for off-reserve preschool children 
  • Offers two half-day child care programs 
  • Provides a safe and clean learning environment 
  • Offers free transportation to and from the Centre 
  • Focuses on Native Culture and Traditions 
  • Offers Traditional Healing Services to children, families, and community members 
  • Serves nutritional breakfasts, lunch, and snacks daily
Hours Mon-Thu 8:15 am-3:30 pm
Areas Served Sault Ste. Marie
Eligibility Ages: 2.5 year(s) and up 
  • Off-reserve Aboriginal (status, non-status, M├ętis or Inuit) children who are 2.5-5 years of age  
  • Priority given to Aboriginal children at-risk  
  • Child must be fully potty-trained
  • Requires completed registration application and  
  • Child's birth certificate and updated immunization record
