Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides prenatal and postnatal care for pregnant women and new mothers 
  • Offers prenatal education to all pregnant women 
  • Conducts prenatal home visits 
  • Works under a medical directive which allows the necessary lab work orders to be placed right from home visit
Services include: 
  • Weighing patients 
  • Urine analysis 
  • Blood pressure checks 
  • Postpartum education 
  • Lactation advice 
  • Loan of hospital grade electric breast pump 
  • Weighing and assessing newborns 
  • Education to new moms about newborns 
  • Referrals and information about programs and services available in community
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-5 pm 
After hours and weekend support is available
