Benefits are determined based on need and may include: 
  • basic dental care 
  • diabetic supplies 
  • eyeglasses  
  • hearing aids  
  • prescription drugs  
  • surgical supplies and dressings  
  • transportation for medical appointments
Hours Mon, Thu-Fri 9 am-2 pm * Tue 10 am-3 pm * Wed 12 noon-5 pm
