Description (Service) Responsible for fire prevention and administration of the Ontario Fire Code 
 
Issues applicable burn permits required for brush piles, incinerators and open fires, excluding campfires 
 
Provides the following services:
     
  • Auto extrication  
  • Education  
  • Emergency planning  
  • Fire investigation  
  • Fire suppression  
  • Hazardous materials information  
  • Home safety
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm 
Emergencies: Mon-Sun 24 hours
