Description (Service) Immunization clinics
 
  • Administers immunizations through Public Health Nurses at various immunization clinics to protect individuals and communities from vaccine-preventable diseases 
  • Operates a Vaccine Preventable Diseases toll-free hotline which provides specific clinic information
 
Community and Family Clinics 
  • Provides immunizations including influenza 
  • Educates parents on required immunizations 
  • Weighs and measures babies 
  • Offers information to parents on infant and child nutrition, growth and development
 
School-Based Clinics 
  • Facilitates mandatory immunizations within schools 
  • Supplies information and consent forms to parents 
  • Enforces suspension from school for students not compliant with vaccination requirements
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
