  • Partners with Ministry of Health Promotion and other community organizations to address risk factors in an attempt to prevent cardiovascular and other chronic diseases 
  • Partners with health professionals to identify gaps in resources, training and skills development 
 
Community Contribution Program
 
Provides community organizations with financial assistance for health-related events
 
Healthy Living in Schools 
  • Supports health policies already in place within schools 
  • Provides input on a joint school team for health-related articles for school newsletters 
  • Hosts various events and campaigns at the schools
 
Workplace Wellness
 
Provides access to healthy living resources, skill-building opportunities and support for health policy development
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm
