Description (Service) Offers a variety of developmental services and programs to families and individuals
 
Responsible for the administration of: 
  • Community Integration 
  • Child and Infant Development 
 
Family Relief 
  • Offers families a respite period from the daily care of an individual with a developmental disability 
  • Provides qualified relief workers trained in First Aid and CPR  
  • Allows family to choose worker and to train them on specific needs of their family member  
  • Offers flexibility of respite location, in family home, worker's home or planned activities
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm
Areas Served Rainy River District
Eligibility Family Relief 
  • Individuals 18 years of age and under 
  • Children with a developmental disability and their families
