Description (Service)
  • Provides short-term rehabilitation services (up to six months) to meet the immediate needs of individuals 
  • Facilitates referrals to long-term mental health services as required
 
Services offered include: 
  • Advocacy 
  • Brief Case Management 
  • Emotional support 
  • Problem solving and coping skills 
  • Short-term medication management 
  • Stress management
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-6 pm, Sat-Sun 9 am-5 pm 
Holidays: On-call 9 am-4 pm
Areas Served Nipissing District
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
  • Individuals experiencing mental health symptoms precipitated by a specific issue or circumstance 
  • Must require short-term assistance to resolve a particular problem or issue
