Description & Services
Description (Agency) Provides individual and group counselling in French and English, coordinates a volunteer program, as well as rural and diverse community outreach and development.
Description (Service) Works to empower and provide a voice for Women and the communities in which they live in order to: 
  • Eliminate violence against women and children 
  • Create social change regarding issues of equality and justice 
  • Develop, apply and increase awareness of anti-oppressive approaches 
  • Provide healing from sexual violence
 
Provides a variety of services, including:  
  • Crisis, individual and group counselling 
  • Workshops 
  • Advocacy, information and referral 
  • Public education and training  
  • Accompaniment to the hospital, police station and court appearances 
  • Community outreach services
 
Offers a food and clothing bank to clients
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm 
Crisis Mon-Sun 24 hours
